The children’s room furniture is the first product line of Woodver. While designing the furniture we try to combine 5 most important components: style, multifunctionality, naturality, quality and safety. We believe that we have successfully completed our mission. MATERIALS

We produce our furniture from quality birch plywood. Plywood is a natural and durable material. With its natural pattern it gives the products unique and beautiful appearance.

FITTINGS

We use quality door hinges with pusher system and drawer bus bars. The drawers and doors with pusher system open easily, when pressing the panels. Thanks to the system they do not need special handles, which makes the furniture more safe and child friendly.

ELABORATION

We elaborate the furniture with stain and varnish. The stain turns the plywood natural pattern more visible and the varnish helps to maintain the furniture later on easily.

Staircases

We have a long term experience in producing quality staircases. Woodver produces different types of staircases, including spiral staircases. We also install the staircases mainly ourselves.

MATERIALS

We use primarly pine, birch, ash and oak wood for producing the staircases. On request we can also use other wood.

ELABORATION

We elaborate the staircase suitable with your interiors, while using different oils, varnishes and stains.

ORDERING

1. Send us the primary measurements, draft and material.
2. We will compose a quotation.
3. If the price is suitable, we will come on-site and take the precise measurements.
4. We expect to get a 50% prepayment before starting with the production.

Wooden name and advertising signs

Wooden signs are perfect for decorating a yard of a farm house or advertising your company. We produce the signs with CNC wood cutting machine, which gives us an unlimited amount of possibilities.

MATERIALS

In case of exterior conditions we use only solid wood, mainly pine, oak and ash wood. In case of interior conditions we can also use the MDF boards.

ELABORATION

Flaxseed oil, tar oil, pinotex, boat varnish. Through our self-design program the customers can choose between the frames, texts and pictures for their sign.

CNC cutting, drilling and engraving

CNC machine is an automatic apparatus, which is controlled by a computer. The machine makes cutting different details precisely and in large quantities possible. The machine suits perfectly for cutting wood or plastic materials, engraving and drilling on horizontal ground.

MATERIALS

Solid wood, MDF boards, plywood, melamine, plexiglas, polycarbonate, PVC, aluminum, brass etc.

Maximum length on X axis: 2000 mm

Maximum length on Y axis: 3000 mm

Depth Z: 200 mm
